The car is gone. The record isn't.
Example pieces. Yours is drawn from your own car and its own factory record.
Sold, totalled, handed on, or just traded away for something practical. You still know the VIN, or you can find it. That is all the factory record needs, and all the artwork needs too.
SEE IT AS DELIVEREDNo photos needed. Enter the VIN and we draw the car the record describes: factory paint, factory wheels, exactly as it left the plant. It says so on the piece, because it is not a photograph of the car as it sat when you had it.
If you kept photos of it.
Some people did, most did not. If you have a few, we can draw the car as it actually looked in your hands, worn or modified or exactly stock. That is the same flow every current owner uses, and it works precisely the same way for a car you used to own.
Say how long you had it.
The piece has one line that is yours rather than the factory's: a name, a date range, a dedication. “In his care, 2011 to 2024.” “Mine for one summer, 1998.” It prints in your words, not as decoded data, and you write it on the next screen after the preview, before you buy.
Not ready for the full piece yet.
The mounted print is the artwork on archival stock, ready to frame however you like, at $89. Same drawing, same record printed beneath it, without the frame. It needs nothing from you but the VIN.
